Woodbridge · Colorado Springs
The Woodbridge life
What is Woodbridge like?
Woodbridge is a small, privately governed community of about 64 townhomes tucked at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain in southwest Colorado Springs, zoned 80906. Built in the early 1980s on roughly ten acres off Broadmoor Valley Road, its open, unfenced design lets mature trees and shared green spaces flow freely between homes, many of which back straight onto the Country Club of Colorado fairways with front-range views.
It is about three miles south of downtown, minutes from the Broadmoor, and served by one of Colorado's most acclaimed school districts, District 12.
