Our story
A family team built on trust
Jeff and Lane Morrell moved to Colorado from California, where they spent eight years in full-time ministry. Jeff started working with Lane's dad, a real estate developer, earned his license in 2002, and was coached by one of the top agents in the world at the time. After closing 72 deals in his third year, Lane got her license, and together they built one of the most successful real estate teams in Colorado Springs.
Today they are ICON Agents with eXp Realty, Certified Relocation Professionals, and among the first 50 agents in the world to earn AI Certification. They cover the entire Front Range, from Denver and Colorado Springs to Pueblo and everywhere between, in new construction, resale, military relocation, land, commercial, and investor work.
